I am so uninspired. I feel so lazy. I mean, just two weeks ago I really strived to get a job - I constantly scanned the sunday papers for job openings, my home page became jobstreet.ph, and I even got a client (on my freelancing biz). But right now, I no longer care. I'd rather sleep.. I mean, I slept last night without eating dinner, even though I told myself that I'll finish sir Elmo's program that night. Instead, I just slept through the night. Damn it, what the freaking hell is happening to me... This ain't normal, man. Not caring about a job? Not finishing my contracts on time? tsk, this ain't me..

Well, my last week was fairly boring. The x5 exp mod and the mercenary system of Ragnarok Online kept me playing the game for hours on end. Patrick (My brother) also wanted me to boost him at Rachel Sanc, and I helped him as much as possible.

What else.. hmm.. oh. On a totally unrelated note, did you know who's my celebrity crushes? ^^ No, they're not filipinos - a barely know anyone in the local showbiz.. Anyways, they're Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore, from Gilmore Girls) and Holly Valance (Nika Volek , from Prison Break). Here's some pics:

Additional Trivia: What I look for in a girl. First, they have to be talkative (just like rory) and they need to have a cute voice (just like nika). Also, they don't need to be very intelligent, but being able to do mental chess with me is a big plus. I like long hair, but I prefer curly hair. I guess that's all - I know, I'm not very picky when it comes to woman.. but how come I only got a girlfriend once.. and that's when I'm still at secondary school at that..

My Mood Today: Kinda... In Love? I wonder why...

My first Masq post, the Première Episode of my life in games. (Online, in Cards, Pen and Paper, you name it, as long its gaming related and I'm playing it) Right now, since I'm kinda addicted to Ragnarok Online, I'll show you my Paladin in Valkyrie Server, one of my three main characters.

This is Faint*Smile, 7x/4x Paladin • Impulse Guild • Ex-Guild Master • Transcendent • Unique • Loyal. A bit of a background story before we delve in to the gory details, kk?

The name was from one of my favorite anime & manga, Claymore. Teresa, of the Faint Smile was the full name, but I refrained from using Teresa since there's a lot of Teresas in the world, including Juner's girlfriend. So Faint*Smile would have to do. Incredibly, this character was NOT supposed to be my main character. It was just a test, whether the server tolerates bots (third party programs) or not, and also if the economy is stable and how the hypermart system works. I am from RF Online, so I am yet unfamiliar with the internal workings of Valkyrie Server yet.

Trivia: My main character was supposed to be a Dancer - a support type, just like my character in RF Online.

Anyways, I enjoyed playing as a Crusader (A Grand Cross/Devotion Type) so I decided to keep Faint*Smile. It took me exactly 5 months and 11 days (or 163 days) before I finally made level 99 and transcended into a Paladin.

My Mood Today: Kinda Optimistic... But just a bit..

After a grand total of 140 Days, I'm f*cking back! Hell, Graduating is certainly one huge step forward, and now that I'm no longer a student its kinda sad. I mean, no more passive income (The daily 'baon') and I have to find a job and clients and sh*t... *sigh* It's a huge new world I'm currently facing. But no matter, I'll try to narrate my life here at my new and improved blogs. Don't let the black & gold theme fool ya - I'm planning to change all that later. It's just a placeholder - a bit too gloomy for my taste.

Anyway, here's a quick list of what happened the last 140 days...

December, 2007

• The christmas party was kind of a succes - nothing really bad happened, but nothing really good either. It was...peaceful and quiet.. Although I brought Edwin with me just in case (Who in turn brought Sai), and Edser also knew about the 'Hit'. Fortunately (Or is it unfortunately?) I didn't have to issue the 'Code Red', so Emil is still alive and well. Oh, and the christmas party? Just peachy. The swimming pool was nice, the water was cold, and we drank some alcohol (in moderation, which certainly helped my judgement). A 2/5 in my scale of partys, but mehh. A success nonetheless.

• I stopped playing Magic:The Gathering entirely, and switched my online gaming to Ragnarok Online fully.January, 2008

January, 2008

• I got a new cellphone as a present - a P990i. It has Wireless LAN, which is great since my whole house has wi-fi connection.

• The start of the new year was a bit rough for me. I basically stopped playing Online Games and relied heavily on my farmers for ingame income. My january was basically a month of sleepless night poring over PDF Books and Thesis Programming.

Febuary, 2008

• The month of hearts and sh*t. Our thesis didn't make the cut this month - we failed to pass the Final Oral Defense. I was really REALLY disappointed with myself. I didn't think the program for thesis was that far behind... *sigh* well, sh*t happens. Moving on...

• After a couple of weeks, we tried again and almost didn't make it. There were questions that we're not able to answer.. but fortunately (Thank God) we made it. We passed the final oral defense on the second try...

March, 2008

• The Retreat of the whole A/S Department was fun. The session's (Seminars) was cool, the partying was great and the gals was awesome. Spent some quality time with glissa & miko, also with my CompSci classmates. It made me realize that its my last semester with them, and I don't really know them o_0;

• Made hell of a lot of new friends (Actually, this happened sometime after january.. but since I'm not really sure, I'll place it here nlng..) I didn't expect a guild (From my online hobby, Ragnarok Online) is actually based right in front of Letran, but since Austin & Gibbs discovered this, my whole tropa went over and joined in. The Impulse Guild of Valkyrie was then reinforced by the characters from TropangGaius™ ^^ So much for my last-last blog post about creating a new guild.

April, 2008

• @April 11th, the first EyeBall of Impulse was held at the Mall of Asia. Here's some of the pics (You might have to register first in order to view them though..) My bestfriend Grace was with me, and its really fun. I ended up sleeping over at her place since I cannot (and will not) allow my bess to walk alone in the night wearing what she wore that day. Anyways, It was one hell of an EB..

• Sometime after that, my character Faint*Smile finally trancsended into a Paladin. I was one of the last of my tropas to actually transcend, so good for me.

• My PC's monitor was busted. (Actually, my PC also has a faulty harddrive [i don't know how it's actually working], a busted network card and I think my motherboard's also kinda busted.) ~ Anyone want to guess why/how this happened? *looks all innocent*

• Sometime afterwards, the second EB happened. I'm actually not there, but here's the pictures anyways.

May, 2008 - until today.

• My life right now is divided into three parts: Job/Client Hunting, Programming (in trade & in practice) and Ragnarok Online. I guess I'll blog about each those here. (Almost forgot - I also eat, drink and [sometimes] sleep)

• After I got a small (but working) monitor, I found out that my keyboard's busted. So went out and brought myself a keyboard. ~ This happened just this afternoon.

I guess we're up to date now huh? I'm going to set some ground rules in this blog: First, expect a post at least once a week - and I'll post it monday if all goes well. I'm still going to post things at the other days of the week, but my main "Life" post will be every monday. Second, Comments are welcome. Spam are not. And Third, just enjoy reading my blog!
